What began as a personal search for exceptional beauty treatments quickly revealed a disappointing reality — the level of precision, hygiene and luxury she expected simply did not exist.

Carol Elzain is the founder of Posh N Polished, a luxury skin, nail and beauty clinic in Hawthorn, Melbourne. Passionate about raising standards within the beauty industry, Carol created the clinic to combine luxury, exceptional hygiene and evidence-based treatments in one elegant space.


Every service, product and treatment protocol has been carefully selected by Carol to deliver outstanding results without compromising client safety.
