 Step 1 – Clean: Immediately after each treatment, all reusable instruments are thoroughly rinsed and carefully hand-cleaned to remove all visible debris and residue before the sterilisation process begins.  

 Step 2 – Disinfect: Cleaned instruments are immersed in a professional-grade antibacterial disinfectant solution to eliminate harmful bacteria and prepare them for sterilisation.  

 Step 3 – Seal & Sterilise:  Once disinfected, instruments are carefully sealed in individual sterilisation pouches before being placed into our professional high-temperature sterilisation oven. The sealed pouch helps maintain the sterility of each instrument after the sterilisation cycle is complete, ensuring it remains protected until it is ready for use.  

 Step 4 – Ready for Your Appointment:   

Sterilised instruments remain sealed in their sterilisation pouch until your appointment, where they are opened during your treatment. This helps maintain the highest standards of hygiene while giving you confidence that your instruments have been properly processed and protected.

Many clients are surprised to learn that most nail damage occurs during product removal—not application. That's why we've developed a meticulous removal process designed to preserve the integrity, strength and health of your natural nails.  

Every removal begins by carefully refining only the surface of the existing product to gently break the protective seal. Unlike many salons, we never file into the natural nail or intentionally remove its natural keratin layers, helping to preserve the nail's natural structure and strength.

Once the product seal has been opened, we apply a professional cosmetic-grade gel remover and allow it to work for the shortest effective time. Rather than rushing the process, we allow the product to soften naturally, reducing the need for force or excessive scraping.

As the product begins to release, our technicians gently lift away only the softened product, using controlled, delicate movements that protect the natural nail beneath. If any product remains firmly adhered, we simply repeat the softening process until it can be removed safely. We never force, pry or peel product from the nail, as doing so can strip away the nail's natural keratin layers and leave it thinner, weaker and more prone to peeling and breakage.

Once the product has been completely removed, we carefully refine any remaining residue without thinning the natural nail, before nourishing the nails and surrounding skin with our Organic Posh N Polished Cuticle Oil, formulated with jojoba oil and Vitamin E to restore moisture and support healthy nail growth.
