BOOKINGS

It is preferable that you book your appointment via Posh N Polished website or Instagram page (@posh.n.polished_vic) however you are also welcome to call the salon. Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may jeopardize the selected treatment as the technicians may not have time to complete the selected service and as such, your appointment may be either cancelled and a 50% charge applied (non-refundable) need to be rescheduled or moved to the next available appointment. Late arrivals may be required to select an alternate treatment in order to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service.

When booking in for lash extensions, please ensure that you are booking in your refill with at least 30% of your extensions intact and within 4 weeks of your last appointment. If there is less than 30% of lashes intact or lashes are grown out after 4 weeks, we may charge for a full set.

If you have had a lash lift, please wait 6 weeks before you book an eyelash extension appointment.

Please advise at the time of the booking if your lashes are from another salon. Due to the high standards of work at Posh N Polished, the lash technicians will only complete an infill if the work is similar in standard and or your lashes are in good condition.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that that the unexpected can occur. Whilst we value your time, we ask that you also value ours too. Please provide at least 48hrs notice for cancellations in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of your selected treatment. Booking Deposit refunds will only be given if you provide at least 48hr cancellation notice via email or phone and may be subject to a $30 admin fee. Clients who simply do not attend or who cancel within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their full Booking Deposit. Clients who do not attend their scheduled Complimentary 4–6-week Touch-up / Perfection Visit, or who cancel within the required 48hr notice period, will forfeit their Complimentary 4–6-week Touch-up / Perfection Visit. 

Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may jeopardize the selected treatment as the technicians may not have time to complete the service and such, you may become subject to a 50% cancellation fee OR if feasible, late arrivals may be required to select an alternate treatment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Should you not attend your appointment without any notice on 2 separate occasions, the booking system will not permit you book in advance. Rather, you will be required to attend the salon and wait for availability.

CONSULTATIONS

A Complimentary Consultation is required to be booked for all new clients (except for nails) prior to booking your procedure appointment. Procedure appointments can be made by phone or online, and a Booking Deposit is immediately payable to secure your booking. We encourage you to read our Terms & Conditions. Receipt of your booking deposit confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions regarding our cancellation policy. 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Anyone under the age of 16 years will require parental supervision or consent form.

PARKING

Patrons are invited to utilize the Free parking to the rear of the site or surrounding streets and main roads.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers are non-refundable. If you’re wanting to use a voucher, please present your voucher or voucher number in salon at the time of your appointment.

REACTIONS

Posh N Polished is not responsible for any allergic reactions you may experience from the products in the salon. Whilst we use our best endeavors to use non-harmful and chemical free products, we cannot guarantee that all patrons will not experience some sensitivity. Should this occur, please consult a doctor.

Prior to your booking, it is requested that you advise your technician of any medical concerns, allergies or injuries you may have. At Posh N Polished it is recommended that you request from your technician to have a patch test if you have concerns regarding your skin and or eye sensitivity.

Posh N Polished' cancellation policy applies where sensitivities are not advised prior to the date of your appointment and where the treatments or appointment cannot proceed.

If during an appointment, your technician recommends that you should not proceed with a service, and if you the client should subsequently elect to no longer proceed with the appointment/treatment, the cancellation fee applies. 

Please ensure that you book in a PATCH TEST consultation if you are unsure about getting a treatment and would like to discuss the risks involved.

It is not recommended for patrons to have a lash lift and brow lamination treatment earlier that the 5 weeks since your initial appointment.
