Posh N Polished offers to train and refine your skills to ensure that you are ready to perform to the standards expected by the salon manager who has very high standards.
Key roles and responsibilities includes:
- Take interest in customers by welcoming and greeting clients while also build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat nail appointments.
- Provide exceptional exfoliation and moisturizing techniques to both manicures and pedicures while skillfully providing a massage in each treatment.
- Evaluate the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
- Partake in the regular filming and production of the day-to-day operations for social media posting.
- Provide exquisite manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles.
- Correctly apply Dazzle Dry polish system, BIAB, gel polish and acrylic nails
- Consult with clients on various nail designs and nail art to clients which are in line with current trends.
- Carry out regular QA of peers works to ensure that quality and standards are consistently maintained and not compromised.
- Ensure that workstations and surrounding salon areas are always kept clean and orderly.
- Ensure that supplies are adequately stocked.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and appropriately sanitized
- Continually strive to update and familiarize yourself, with the support of the salon, new techniques, products and fashion trends.
The applicant MUST possess an extremely high standard of personal presentation, artistic skill and passion to learn his/her craft.
The position is available between 2-5 days per week. The pay rate is negotiable based on experience at the time of application.
